Who runs AkiyaMart?
Hi, we're Joey & Take, founders of AkiyaMart.
We met and became friends while studying abroad in Japan during university, and we've always dreamed of buying a house here. In early 2023, we took the plunge and committed to making our dream a reality.
After combing through hundreds of Japanese real estate listings, we wondered, "Why isn't there a Zillow or Redfin equivalent in Japan?" So, we decided to create one. Using AkiyaMart, we found our first property - Jissoji Lux. Our goal with this website is to help YOU easily search for and find your dream house in Japan.
