Can I buy farmland or homes with farmland?

Overall buying farm/agricultural land has been a BIG struggle for our customers. IF you don’t have any previous farm/agricultural experience, we’d recommend not pursuing these properties - its just not worth the fight.

Only with approval from the agricultural committee. Rezoning might be possible, but it’s a long process.
